Universal Funding 15 Hours

We offer the universal 15 hours to all children from 3 to 5 years. This entitlement is offered from the term following their third birthday.  These sessions are either a morning or afternoon session.

Lunch Club

Lunch club is available to those children that receive 15 hour funding and do not stay for an afternoon session.

30 Hour Funding

We offer 30 hours early years government funding to all children from the term following their third birthday.  Additionally we offer an early drop off for children who attend the preschool for 30 hours but do not wish to attend breakfast club.  30 hour funding attendance has to be a minium of 4 days a week (24hrs per week).

Breakfast Club

Breakfast club is available to all our families Monday to Friday and includes several breakfast options for your children.

Fees

We can offer additional hours (up to 30) to families who are not eligible for 30 hour funding. These additional sessions can be discussed when registering your child.

Session Fee:  £16.50 (per 3 hours)

Waiting List

Chapel Lane operates a waiting list prioritising, siblings, residents within Shinfield Parish and registered place on the list.  Families will be contacted in order of the admissions policy and will be offered either a place for September or January depending on the childs date of birth. 2.5 year funding will be considered in line with our current procedures. Payment of Invoices and Notice

Invoices for fees will be issued at the end of each half term in advance for the half term ahead. 

Acceptance of our terms for joining includes your liability for the fees.  

Please note that we do accept childcare vouchers that are often available through your employer.  These include

 
 
 
If you are eligible to tax free childcare via the govenmnet scheme, we can also accept payment via this scheme.
 
 
If you would like to use either of these payment options, please let us know and we can arrange this for you.
 
If you have difficulty paying the fees please discuss the matter in confidence with the administrator as payment plans are considered.
 
For non-attendance, fees are not refundable unless there are extenuating circumstances. If you decide to remove your child from preschool or sessions, we require one half term written notice.

Early years Pupil Premium (EYPP)

If your child is in early years education, your early years provider could be eligible for extra funding to help support your child.

You can apply for early years pupil premium if your child is aged 3 or 4 and you get 15 hours free childcare.

You must also get at least one of the following:
